The Agilent 1260 Infinity is used for gel permeation/size exclusion chromatography analysis of polymers.

Typical sample concentration is 1-10 mg/mL, and 20 uL of solution is required.

The typical solvent is THF, but others (chloroform, water) are available upon request.

Molecular weights from 500 Da to 7 MDa can be analyzed.
