GENERAL INFORMATION | STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

The Tosoh Biosciences EcoSEC 8320 GPC system is used for characterizing molecular weight of polymers via size-exclusion chromatography. This system features both sample and reference columns for high baseline stability.

The standard mobile phase on this instrument is DMF, stabilized with LiBr.

Refractive-index and single-wavelength UV absorption detectors are available.

  • TSKgel SuperH5000

  • TSKgel SuperH4000

  • TSKgel SuperH3000

  • TSKgel SuperH-RC (reference column)
