Lakeshore MeasureReady FastHall System

  • GENERAL INFORMATION
    This compact tabletop setup may be used for a variety of electrical measurements:

    • Sheet resistance and simple I-V measurements

    • Hall mobility (1 Tesla permanent magnet)

    • Back-gated measurements

    • LN2 sample cooling is available upon request

    • Spring-loaded four-point probes are available for contacting samples. Samples may also be wirebonded or fixed using silver paste.
